Project Reveal Part 1: Rustic Redo Kitchen

Updated: May 18, 2020

Our clients were on the hunt for a new home but couldn't find exactly what they were looking for so they decided to transform their current house. With the help of an architect and general contractor they added 1,000 square feet and reconfigured the entire space.

When I walked onto the job the very first time this is what I saw.

Is there anything like a blank canvas??? The possibilities were endless and the homeowners were a dream to work with. We quickly determined they were going for Texas charm while wanting unique elements.

We put a farmhouse twist on the modern waterfall countertops and I was instantly OBSESSED!!

We chose to incorporate warm wood tones, lacquer finishes and mixed metals and create one hell of a focal wall.

Classic shaker doors with an added bead detail, a creamy Dover lacquer, floating shelves with led lighting, a custom hood with real copper panels, dark hardware and fixtures come together to make a BOLD statement in this kitchen.
